Why choose the HEVFe series?
Designed to comply with the customer's strictest hygiene standards, the HEVFe series was developed by updating specific details of the existing HEVF series. The goal is to ensure higher sanitizability and improved accessibility for maintenance, as well as to reduce the risk of microbiological contamination.
In particular, the key improvements include:
Reduction of gaskets within the filling station: ensures a higher level of hygiene and simplified maintenance.
Vertical redesign of the filling valve to achieve:
- improved product flow within the valve;
- optimal access to components requiring maintenance
- a further reduction in internal stagnation points.
Frame redesign developed to ensure:
- better accessibility to the lower part of the machine (product manifold/CIP and transmissions);
- enlarged frame doors, designed to facilitate access to the filling area for maintenance and format changeover operations.
New material for dynamic valve gaskets: introduced to ensure greater durability
