The volumes available with PET Technologies equipment range from 100 ml to 40 L. Switch to 5 US gallon PET bottle

The market and demand for returnable 5 US gallon PET bottles is growing worldwide, especially in the United States. The UPF-30 semi-automatic machine can deliver up to 60 returnable bottles per hour. If the customer requires higher productivity, they can consider the APF-30 automatic machine, available in versions for S, M, or L returnable 5-gallon PET bottles per hour, with or without a handle.

All suitable blow molds and format parts:

PET Technologies produces blow mold sets for both rotary and automatic equipment from most manufacturers. To run a blow mold the customer also needs additional components, and the company offers such solutions as custom format parts for line compatibility, including half-molds, bottom inserts, neck rings, stretch rods, fittings, and other components needed for stable production.

Equipment built for flexibility:

With machines such as the APF-Max 3U, the customer can produce both small and large bottles, from 100 ml to 10 L, thanks to flexible cavity configurations. The APF-Max 2 is one of the most compact automatic blow molding machines on the market. The APF-Max series machines also support their installation, allowing to continue running all bottle formats.

Custom bottle design:

Reducing bottle weight while maintaining strength allows manufacturers to lower material costs and improve logistics efficiency. From the first sketch to the final bottle, customer feedback will be included at every stage of development.

Laboratory equipment:
