Portola announces tamper-evident addition to proprietary linerless plug closure line for ESL, aseptic beverage packages

Portola Packaging, Inc. announces the launch of its first tamper-evident (TE) linerless plug closure for extended shelf life (ESL) and aseptic beverage packages. The new Steri-ShieldTM 38mm closure features a taller profile than the non-TE version to provide brand owners with a different aesthetic profile.
