The IMD GROUP is strengthening its international presence by expanding strategically in North America. The aim is to broaden its global positioning and establish itself as a reliable partner worldwide.

Signing on the 31st October 2025, IMD GROUP acquired MMC Packaging Ltd. from TekniPlex.

For MMC, collaborating with the IMD GROUP opens up the opportunity to grow beyond the North American market. The IMD GROUP’s global presence creates new opportunities for MMC's international development.

Existing joint projects have demonstrated that teams from both companies work extremely well together. The merger will combine their strengths, laying the foundation for a successful future together. It will also expand the IMD GROUP’s product portfolio, opening up new potential for innovation.
