Stress-free application:
The design eliminates the need for integrated cams on the tamper-evident band. A clearance fit enables the band to slide over the pilfer-proof cap as easily as a sleeve. This approach does not put stress on the bridges, resulting in improved capping performance and lower reject rates.
Dust-free manufacturing approach:
As the void between the bridges is created during the molding process, post-mold slitting is not required. This process avoids creating plastic particles (dust), that can be created during the scoring operation.
