Quality Without Compromise - With sorting and processing technologies towards a Circular Economy

After long months of home office, our first trip takes us to Mülheim-Kärlich near Koblenz, the headquarters of TOMRA Sorting GmbH. Michèle Wiemer, the communications coordinator, invited us to the TOMRA Test Center, where the team wants to show us its full-service sorting solutions aiming at optimizing recycling and accelerating the circular economy. One of the first things that grab our attention: bright orange boxes found in various sizes throughout the vast hall. Each TOMRA sorting system comes with different cameras, sensors and computer technologies.
