This new dry, on-line and without chemicals solution for the packaging sterilization, offers a high level of hygiene between the filling and packing. Thanks to its experience with the beverage industry, with more than 180 units installed worldwide, including 60 in retrofit, Claranor has acquired the expertise to integrate its pulsed light caps sterilizers into existing lines.
For the preforms, Claranor has already installed 10 sterilizers on beverage filling lines. The new partnership with Tanner AG, expert of preform feeding system for PET, will allow manufacturers to benefit from their unique know-how on the integration of an all-in-one solution for the preform handling on a production line: from the sorting to the preform sterilization ensuring optimum quality throughout the production line.
