Starting from May 5, 2025, Penta S.r.l. will change its company name to “Piovan Food & Powders S.r.l.”, while Fea Process & Technological Plants S.r.l. will keep its current company name, operating under the new commercial brand “Piovan Food & Powders”. Both companies will keep their respective VAT numbers unchanged and all existing contractual relationships will continue without interruption.
This unification represents a fundamental step in the Group's consolidation strategy, which aims to substantially strengthen its leadership position in the global market of technologies for Food Processing and industrial powders treatment.
The new Piovan Food & Powders combines the skills, technologies and decades of experience of both companies, creating an even more effective synergy to meet customer needs with a complete and integrated range of cutting-edge solutions.
