Putoksnis is announcing their brand new laboratory and newly refreshed stretch-blow molding plant.
The plant includes 2 stretch blow-molding machines and 1 injection stretch-blow molding machine. Total annual capacity is over 70 million bottles. The new plant is located in the same place as Putoksnis HQ. With the new plant Putoksnis can provide even higher quality standards and more comfortable access for transporting.
While most of the laboratory equipment is already in place, on 1 of October Putoksnis will have new laboratory fully in place to ensure quality for all of their production units. Laboratory will be working with exciting quality devices and newly installed Preform wall thickness gauge; Gas chromatograph for AA level; Capillary viscometer for PET resin IV; Spectrophotometer for color matching, l. a. b. haze; Combi tester for Top load and filling level; Neck-finish go-no gauge; Personalized automatic scale. Instruments will allow not only to inspect and ensure best quality products, but also help their clients by providing needed information for their manufacturing.
Putoksnis is always investing in new quality equipment, processes and making internal improvements to ensure the production of highest quality products. Putoksnis is also certified ISO9001; ISO14001 and achieved AA grade by BRC. The company is also approved by Coca-Cola and Nestle Waters.
