More and more countries embrace Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) regulations. Therefore, packaging-, textile manufacturers and brand owners are keen to show and gradually increase their PET products' recycled PET (rPET) content. However, the nature of rPET and virgin PET is much alike!
GETEC laboratory has extended experience in the chemical analyses PET polymers and -products for over 65 years. This presentation will show a new analysis approach to indicate the presence of rPET in PET products.
