Christoph Wöss, Business Development Manager Application Bottle, will introduce EREMA's new large scale extrusion technology for high-quality PET recycling, especially in the market segment of bottle-to-bottle and chemical recycling. The application of this technology enables the development of PET bottle-to-bottle recycling systems for up to 6,000 kg/h. This throughput figure represent the largest for flake fed, single screw extrusion lines ever before.

In parallel EREMA has developed the so called ECOGentle®package, which even reduces the energy consumption (-10%), the melt temperature, as well as the acetaldehyde concentration in the material stream and is now available for all recycling lines with a screw diameter >180 mm.
