CCEP announces the retirement of Peter Brickley and appointment of Francesca Faure as Chief Information Officer

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners announces the retirement of Peter Brickley, Chief Information Officer, at the end of this year after nearly a decade of dedicated service.

Peter has been instrumental in shaping CCEP’s digital transformation journey, strengthening IT capabilities, and driving innovation across the business. With over 25 years of experience in global technology leadership, including roles at Heineken, Centrica, BAT, and SABMiller, Peter’s impact has been profound and far-reaching.

Francesca Faure, currently Deputy Chief Information Officer, will succeed Peter as CIO.

Francesca brings over 25 years of experience in technology, operations, customer service and supply chain, and innovation within the Coca-Cola system.

She played a key role in the formation of CCEP, leading BPT Solution Delivery and successfully delivering large-scale transformation projects, including the Business Capability Programme.

Peter’s retirement and Francesca’s appointment is effective 1 January 2026.
