The buy-back of the Polymetrix shares is the first step on the path to the new strategic ownership of Polymetrix AG. In a second step, the majority stake of the company will be sold to an engineering group active in the polymer industry.
The Bühler Group owns again 100% of the shares of Polymetrix after buying back all shares held by Cross Equity Partners in July 2017.
