connecting comPETence - to keep PET packaging ahead. That was my vision 25 years ago - as an experienced PET engineer and optimist - to meet the growing challenges of the global PET packaging industry.
It was becoming increasingly important to understand in detail all the technological solutions and changes in the individual steps of the entire process chain of a manufactured, filled, sealed, labelled and, above all, recyclable PET bottle in order to recognise the influences on one’s own products and solutions. In addition, it has been and continues to be important to comply with increasing regulations and to meet them with new solutions.
With PETnology, we have created a platform for PET industry professionals dedicated to the progressive and sustainable development of PET and alternatives, PET packaging, PET machinery and PET moulds.
PETnology is proud that many of these innovative ideas and new developments have been presented at our PETnology conferences and in our print, online and social media. On LinkedIn we now have more than 8,900 followers interested in PET technology.
