The company is testing an extrusion line intended for the production of thermoformable sheet for single-layer PET egg trays, made from 100% recycled bottles.
The hourly capacity of the plant is 1000kg, sheet width 1,300mm with thicknesses from 0.2 to 1.2mm.
The line consists of a 150/44D double high degassing ports extruder, self-cleaning double plate filter, 45-degree mechanical calander and silicon bath with vertical dryer and trolley winders.
