P.E.T. Engineering, Treviso company specialised in design and industrialisation of PET containers, is one of 20 companies to win the Andrea Pininfarina - Business for Innovation award set up by Confindustria in partnership with Fondazione Giuseppina Mai, Intesa San Paolo, Medio Credito Italiano and Associazione Industriale di Torino and with the technical support of the Associazione Premio Qualità Italia (APQI).
The award is dedicated to those businesses which have invested successfully in research and innovation and a large number of high quality businesses took part, confirming the continuous and growing Italian business commitment to research and innovation. P.E.T. Engineering has already won a Oscar dell’Imballaggio - in 2013 - and a recognition for its excellence in the ECO-DESIGN category of the Sustainable Development Prize and is pleased by the further recognition this award gives to its identification of the right driver for growth.
This year the award has focused on the themes of Expo 2015 and P.E.T. Engineering, together with Bellini Spa, Farmalabor Srl, Fluid-o-Tech Srl, Laboratori Archa Srl, Officine di Cartigliano Spa, Pet Engineering Srl, Pontlab Srl, TT Tecnosistemi Spa and Zucchetti Centro Sistemi Spa, also received an Expo 2015 special mention.
