Adding rigid plastic recycling to RPC bpi's core business

As a part of RPC bpi group’s ongoing commitment to working towards a world where nothing goes to waste, RPC bpi is pleased to announce the acquisition of PLASgran Ltd, the UK’s leading recycler of rigid plastics, as per 13th of August 2018.

Based in Wimblington, Cambridgeshire and established in 1999, PLASgran recycles nearly 50,000 tonnes and having made a series of strategic investments in recent years so as to position them as a best in class recycler. PLASgran shares RPC’s values in having high standards of health and safety, environmental and quality. The management team, led by Mark Roberts, is highly experienced and will bring strong technical capabilities into the group.

The expanded RPC bpi recycling business will serve the UK and Mainland European markets with recycling capabilities now in excess of 120,000 tonnes, and continues our momentum in offering our customers market leading sustainable solutions.
