   It is a matter of fact that the 5, 8 and 10 litres PET bottles diffusion in the market has become every year bigger.Sacmi Filling have developed a high speed solution (4000 and 6000 bph) to meet the requirements of a considerable number of bottlers that need to increase their production, as well as efficiency, decrease contamination and reduce preform weight.The Solo-Mas patented technology, developed by Sacmi Filling, expands, therefore, its borders up to 10 litres bottles, allowing a wide range of functionality and overtaking the traditional mechanical systems. The time filling technology by means of a single master valve controlled by a flowmeter fits perfectly in a market where simplicity, flexibility and liability are the most requested issues. The master filling valve calculates, at each revolution, the filling time, employed by all the other valves to fill the set volume of product. The variable speed pump under the product tank, placed beside the filler, keeps the product at a set point pressure, to have a constant product flow on each filling valve.
