The Solo-Mas patented technology, developed by Sacmi Filling, expands, therefore, its borders up to 10 litres bottles, allowing a wide range of functionality and overtaking the traditional mechanical systems. The time filling technology by means of a single master valve controlled by a flowmeter fits perfectly in a market where simplicity, flexibility and liability are the most requested issues. The master filling valve calculates, at each revolution, the filling time, employed by all the other valves to fill the set volume of product. The variable speed pump under the product tank, placed beside the filler, keeps the product at a set point pressure, to have a constant product flow on each filling valve. The electronic synchronism, by means of brushless motors, between blowmoulder and filler avoids the presence of belts or gearboxes and allows a simpler and faster set-up of the combo, achieving higher levels of efficiency.
The special High Capacity Combo is the combination of the unique rotary blow moulder to be integrated in Combo version for big formats and the electronic volumetric Sacmi Filling Solo-Mas filler and offers the following impressive features:
- Continuous rotary blow moulding process not alternative like the linear machines in order to guarantee the best machine reliability
- Preform and bottle transfer by neck avoiding dangerous accumulation of empty bottles and consequent difficult filler infeed; Sacmi Filling customers have also significantly reduced the preform weight
