The general shareholders' meeting of ARTENIUS PET PACKAGING UK decides on the new board of directors

The General shareholders’ meeting of ARTENIUS PET Packaging UK, former AMCOR PET Packaging UK, has proceeded with the appointment of new members of the Board of Directors of LA SEDA DE BARCELONA’s PET preforms subsidiary. On the part of the chemical multinational, the following people will now be members of the Board: Joan Brat, currently Chief Operating Officer of the Seda Group, and Santiago Torchiaro, also planning and development director of this society. Moreover, the director of the legal counsel of the chemical group, Silvia del Rosario, assumes the post of non counselor . On the part of the acquired company, John Gillison - newly appointed director of the division of PET preforms of the Seda Group and Martin Hargreaves - chief financial officer of the branch- thus, closing the composition of the Board of Directors of LA SEDA DE BARCELONA’s subsidiary. The highest executive body of ARTENIUS PET Packaging UK has appointed Rafael Español president of the Board.
