At this year's Chinaplas, Motan will show a comprehensive product line-up. Exhibits include:
METROLUX A 80 - flexible material handling equipment of the smart solutions series. With bin sizes from 15 to 150 litres (METROLUX 50) and 60 to 250 litres (METROLUX 80), the compact units cover a wide range of applications. Equipped with the successful Motan system dryers technology such as recipe management, DryingOrganizer, dew point control, energy-optimised regenerating control and password protected operating panel. These important features of system units are integrated in self-contained, stand-alone solutions where the conveying units on the processing machine are controlled via CAN-Bus. Using its standard Ethernet interface the METROLUX can be linked into the Motan CONTROLnet.
Micro drying system – for the production of micro moulded parts whose individual weight is in the micro-gram categories. Pellet-precise drying is essential in guaranteeing consistent quality of the injection moulded parts and avoiding rejects. This innovative drying system for very small quantities fulfills the highest demands, needed for micro-moulding.
| LUXOR CA 60 – Motan's fully insulated compressed air dryers are a cost effective solution for highly efficient continuous drying of all types of plastics granulate with material throughputs up to 25 kg/h. The dryers can be mounted directly on the throat of the processing machine or on an adjacent mobile support frame. |
LUXOR 250 A – with the proven Motan drying technology, for example: the patented ETA-process® guaranteeing lowest energy consumption. The closed loop regeneration protects the drying process from high ambient moisture, and the DryingOrganizer which prevents thermal degradation by lowering the temperature related to the material throughput when the material is dried too long at high temperature. This also contributes to energy savings which become more and more important in the future.
METROnet light – the standard convey control for typical material handling systems – fully interconnected through Ethernet.
MINICOLOR G A, the gravimetric dosing and mixing unit. Up to 50 recipes and cumulative material throughput data can be archived and documented. The MINICOLOR G is insensitive to vibrations and manual calibration, necessary with volumetric units, is carried out automatically.
MINICOLOR V – Excellent mixing quality with high repeatability is the most important requirement when metering additives directly on the processing machine.
GRAVICOLOR 100 – The GRAVICOLOR 100 on display, is one of many in a range featuring integrated GRAVInet control. The GRAVInet control features Ethernet based interface for interprocess communication with other dosing and mixing units and conveying and drying controls.
METRO material loaders HEE 50, HPE-06, HBE350/1 – The METRO Economy material loaders convey plastic granulate quickly and cleanly. Costly down times caused by processing machines running empty are avoided.
The visitor can watch a central drying, conveying and dosing system in operation. In addition, the visitor is invited to take control with his own hands and operate the WEB compatible units, such as VOLUnet, GRAVInet, LUXORnet and METROnet. He can experience for himself how easy and intuitive Motan control systems are.
The visitor can look forward with anticipation to viewing not only the latest technical innovations but also enjoy a ’virtual’ journey through the 'wonderful' world of materials handling.
