Claranor Puls’ Full Cap®, a solution designed to address the cross-contamination issue for the ESL products (> 60 days)

and Claranor Essential®, a cost attractive and very compact solution developed for the low and medium speed lines;

Claranor designs a global concept: a hygienic retrofit of a filling line with its new Puls’ Combi PET®. This solution enables the sterilization of both the preform neck as well as the preform body (depending size and shape) and the cap with the Pulsed Light.

A solution adapted to the new beverage market industrial challenges

Clean labelling, no preservative, low carbonated soft drink … consumers are looking for more natural and healthy beverages. For manufacturers, these new needs often mean industrial challenges as the new products are more sensitive and therefore requested a highest hygienic level.

An easy way to upgrade your line and remove your H2O2 treatment:

This new dry, on-line and without chemicals solution for the packaging sterilization, offers a high level of hygiene between the filling and packing. Thanks to its experience with the beverage industry, with more than 180 units installed worldwide, including 60 in retrofit, Claranor has acquired the expertise to integrate its pulsed light caps sterilizers into existing lines.

For the preforms, Claranor has already installed 10 sterilizers on beverage filling lines. The new partnership with Tanner AG, expert of preform feeding system for PET, will allow manufacturers to benefit from their unique know-how on the integration of an all-in-one solution for the preform handling on a production line: from the sorting to the preform sterilization ensuring optimum quality throughout the production line.

chemical free!

4 good reasons to adopt pulsed light:

Pulsed light is a clean technology, allowing microbiological decontamination of packaging without chemicals, thus avoiding any residue in the cap or the preform.

It is an easy to use and economical solution, without water and which limits the consumption of energy.

Flexible: the level of sterilization can be adapted in hygienic terms to the requirements of the type of beverages to be packaged: from 2 to 4 log reduction on bacteria and moulds (even on spores).

Compact it is easy to integrate on existing lines and thanks to this new partnership with Tanner AG, the customer will benefit from their unique expertise.

With over 250 production lines equipped worldwide, our Pulsed light solutions: cap, preform, cup and lid sterilizers are now acknowledged by the most famous food and beverage companies as well as the main equipment manufacturers.
