Leading plastic packaging professionals and machinery suppliers will gather in Cologne on March 26-27, 2012 to examine the latest developments in sustainable and innovative plastic packaging. Central topic will be how the plastic packaging industry approaches system-oriented solutions in pursuing the strategy to meet the sustainable and economical requirements of the markets and the consumers. Developing long-term strategies to reduce CO2 footprints by means of system-oriented thinking is the common goal.		Following the conference, the Packaging Wall of Excellence - the themed exhibition - will present the latest innovations of plastic packaging at Anuga FoodTec 2012. On a stand area of 100 square meters the Packaging Wall will be arranged. The Wall’s illuminated boxes, in which the exhibits are being presented, are the eye-catching elements. Modern LED technology produces shimmering and changing colours and creates a very special atmosphere.
